FAQ

1. Are your works signed and dated? Yes. My paintings and prints are signed on both sides, additionally signed and dated on the reverse.

2. Do you ship internationally? Sorry, not currently - possibly in the future however.

3. Are your works shipped framed? No, this helps keep shipping and production costs down. They are frame and/or mat ready for easy self or professional framing.

4. How long does it take to receive my order? Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped, due to being a one person production. Postal delays beyond our control due to weather, strikes, etc. could delay the deliver by a few days. Tracking certificate provided.

5. Is your art collectible? I'm glad you asked, because yes indeed, it is! Why not get in on the ground floor while the collecting is still very affordable? If you knew me, you'd know I love and enjoy a sense of humour. ; )

6. I understand you are part of a family of artists, what does this mean? Yes, I am! My great grandfather was an artist in England, my Mom, now passed, was also an artist before the 'days of the internet'. Mom displayed her art in juried art shows, sold her work privately, taught art classes, and was Artist in Residence for a time at the Banff Springs Hotel. I'm also the very proud auntie of Canadian professional artist, Natasha R. Miller, whose work is now selling internationally. She is proudly represented by over a dozen galleries in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

7. Do you offer refunds? No, I'm sorry, I do not. This is due to copyright concerns with my originals and prints.
